Ikwekwezi FM is embarking on a book hamper giveaway which is aimed at increasing listener interaction while encouraging listeners to preserve isiNdebele and this is done through reading, especially IsiNdebele literature under the Theme IsiNdebele Ligugu Lami.
 
Each hamper consists of 5 books, most of them are in isiNdebele, study guides, a school bag, a memory stick and scientific calculator all from SABC Education, SABC Foundation and Ikwekwezi FM.
 
This campaign will run for the whole month of September
 
We will give away one hamper in all our 6 to 6 daytime time slots from Monday, 07 September  and on Friday, 11 September 2020 we have one lucky listener on AAADS not only walk away with a hamper that will be for personal use, but also get to be a hero in their community, by walking away with a hamper of 100 books and study guides that they, together with the Station, will donate to a school or EDC center of their choice.
 
In giving these hampers away, we’re always keeping to the Heritage Theme of celebrating isiNdebele.
