Terms & Conditions Song Of The Year 2024<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

This voting line is open to anyone in South Africa except a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant to the promoter or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by, the promoter or a supplier of goods or services in connection with that competition or any family members relating to this promotion.<\/li>\n
  2. To enter into the voting line the participant needs to \u201cDIAL\u00a0*120*33643#\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>to vote for their song of choice.<\/li>\n
  3. USSD is to be charged at R1.50 per Vote. VAS rates apply.<\/li>\n
  4. Entries are not limited per MSISDN.<\/li>\n
  5. The voting line runs from the 01st<\/sup>\u00a0of December 2024 up to and including the 31st<\/sup>\u00a0of December 2024 at 12 pm and may be extended without notice.<\/li>\n
  6. Upon entering the competition, the entrant agrees and grants The SABC the right to use his\/her name and photographs in any advertising and promotional material without any compensation.<\/li>\n
  7. Prizes are not transferable.<\/li>\n
  8. SABC has the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice.<\/li>\n
